Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Buffet breakfast costs USD 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 8 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
