Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
