Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
