You can take advantage of the many services offered such as weekly cleaning or, at an additional cost, a continental breakfast buffet (except on Sundays and bank holidays). Please contact the residence 72 hours before arrival to get access codes if you plan to arrive outside the reception’s opening hours. Reception hours: Mondays: 07:30 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 Tuesday through Friday: 07:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 21:00 Saturdays: 08:00 to 13:00 Reception is closed on Sundays and bank holidays.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
