Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 33.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 0.00 per child under 6 years.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per child under 14 years.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
