Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of CAD 50 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
