These are just a few of the many things that will help make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Pets 15 lbs or less are permitted (additional cost); limit to one pet per room.

To help jump start your day, guests of the Dynasty Suites are welcome to use the facilities at Executive Athletic Club - next door to our hotel - free of charge.

Food & Beverages

Dynasty Suites Redlands serves free Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day. The property is located with easy walking to many quick or top restaurants.

Upon check-in photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
