Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  BRL 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs BRL 33.00 per person.  Lunch costs BRL 33.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One further child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged BRL 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
