The standard rooms have a total area of 48 square meters including a mini kitchen. The adjoining rooms have 61 square meters including two bathrooms and are ideal for couples with children.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged BRL 106.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
