The following are available on request and at an additional cost: Air conditioning, laundry service, mid-week change of towels and bed linen. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. An extra charge will be incurred if extra cleaning is required in the apartment. You are kindly requested to leave the apartment the way you found it.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 4 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
