This small, valued throughout, family-run country house is on the edge of Lough Swilly, set in 18 acres of mature trees and lawns leading to the 2 km-long beach. The village of Rathmullan is a 10-minute walk away. Walk on the beach, and above all, sit by the fire with a good book, or look down to the sea from the terrace. Portsalon, very much appreciated, Rosapenna, Ballyliffen, and Dunfanaghy golf links are within one hour’s drive. Within the grounds are a 9-hole pitch-and-putt course, valued throughout, a hard tennis court, a walled kitchen garden and an arboretum.
