The Residenz Hotel Zum Zollhaus’s non-smoking restaurant serves a delicious selection of seasonal and regional specialities. Compliment your meal with a refreshing draught beer or a fine wine from the comprehensive drinks menu. The Zum Zollhaus’s daily breakfast buffet ensures an energetic start to the day, and is included in the room rate.

Please note that the restaurant will be closed between 18 and 30 October 2009 due to refurbishment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 12.50 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
