Food & Beverages

Guests will enjoy a free continental breakfast or a full breakfast with Belgian waffles as an option every morning. Fresh baked cookies are served every afternoon, and a soup and cracker reception is featured in the evening.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: The outdoor heated pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and closed from Labor Day to Memorial Day annually.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 2.00 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 7.00 per night in an extra bed.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
