Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % Tax is not included.  USD 5.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs USD 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
