Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of NZD 50 will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 10 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
