Azur has nine identical free standing 75sqm meter villas. They all have uninterrupted lake and mountain views, 10sqm sun deck, super king sized bed, separate sitting area, and ensuite bathroom. At one end of the villa, a king bed is perfectly positioned to enjoy the views, whilst at the other, the cosy living area boasts a fireplace, comfortable seating and a plasma television. The indulgent bathrooms feature a free-standing spa bath set beside picture windows, ‘his and hers’ sinks and separate shower and toilet. Rest assured that once inside your villa, you just won’t want to leave!

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
