Rooms

Our apartments are spacious and warm with underfloor heating in the winter season. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry including oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. All linen and kitchen utensils are supplied. Most apartments are on two levels with internal stairs. Apartments are cleaned to our superior standard with the ENJO Chemical Free Cleaning System.

Best Western Cranbury Court is a short distance to the town centre hosting a wide variety of cafe's and restaurants. The fabulous Mediterranean Market & Cafe is located across the road from the complex with a food supermarket open 7 days a short 5 minutes walk.

Guests arriving outside reception opening times (08:00-19:00) are asked to inform staff in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Travel information

Distance from the Airport: 15 minute drive to the Queenstown Airport. Shuttle buses meet every flight in and out of Queenstown. Travel down Stanley Street into Queenstown centre, straight through 1st roundabout, turn right at 2nd roundabout onto Shotover Street, 50m along veer left onto Gorge Road, 200m along on right, drive up into driveway and Reception.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
