Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of NZD 100.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later, no fee will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
