Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10 per night per person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged NZD 35 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 45 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 4. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
