Bedding configuration in a two bedroom apartment is: queen bed and two single beds OR two queen beds. NOTE: Bedding configurations can be requested but may not be guaranteed.

Hotel details

Heritage Heights apartments were built in 2004. They are furnished in contemporary style with rimu wood furniture throughout. The apartments are fully self contained, with a full kitchen and separate laundry. The master bedroom has a spa bath ensuite. On one level are the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. On the other level are the kitchen (full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. microwave), dining area, lounge, private balcony and a separate toilet and handbasin. Every window in the apartments provides spectacular views over Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. Guests are required to ring the night bell for check-ins after the normal opening times.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs NZD 6.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
