Enjoy some of the many outdoor activities on offer in Queenstown. The pace, relaxing or challenging, is up to you. Between November and April the area provides great hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, and water sport opportunities. From the end of June until early October, Queenstown is a ski and snowboard resort, with 2 downhill fields, heliskiing and the hugely popular winter festival.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
