Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 10.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
