If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of NZD 25 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 15 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 60 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
