Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 100 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
