The hotel provides 24 hour coffee. A variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. In order to take the hotel's 24-hour airport shuttle, take the free AirTrain from the terminal to Federal Circle (Station C). Once at Federal Circle (Station C), contact the hotel from the courtesy phone and the shuttle will arrive shortly.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14.75 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  USD 3.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
