Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 14 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
