If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
