Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 35.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of CAD 35 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All further children or adults are charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.   Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
