Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  3 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 2 years are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
