Québec City has been designated as a Unesco World Heritage City and consequently the atmosphere and history within the walls of the old city should not be missed. The Hotel Sepia is located in the modern section of Québec near the Pierre-Laporte and Québec Bridges. There are numerous shops and dining options within easy reach of the hotel. Old Québec and Parliament Hill are just 5 miles away, The Québec Aquarium is half a mile away and Laval University is 1.5 miles from the hotel.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CAD 8.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 18 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
