Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.23 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CAD 10.95 per person.  American breakfast costs CAD 13.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 15.00 per night in an extra bed.  One child under 2 years is charged CAD 15.00 per night in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
