Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 50 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  EUR 35.00 service charge per stay is not included.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
