Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 42 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 43 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 4 to 8 years is charged EUR 8.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 9 to 12 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
