Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per stay is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  One child or adult is charged USD 70.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

No special conditions apply for groups.
