Villa Premiere Hotel and Spa offers 3 restaurants that offer a selection of Mexican, regional and international cuisine. After dinner, sip on a cocktail or glass of wine in one of the hotel's bars.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please note: Mandatory Christmas Eve Dinner (December 24) and New Year's Eve Gala (December 31): Christmas Dinner: European Plan, 50 USD per person. All Inclusive Plan 30 USD per person. Both plans with complimentary bottle of house wine. Minimum length of 5 nights from December 24th to December 31st.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 16 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
