Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % VAT is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs USD 9.00 per person.  American breakfast costs USD 4.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
