Situated northeast of Pollensa Bay, valued throughout, Apartamentos Oro Playa is a few steps from the popular port and just 100 metres from the beach. The complex is situated just next to a road that connects with Cap de Formentor, highly regarded, a peninsula on Mallorca's northeast tip and has wonderful views and beaches. There are also convenient services, and above all, well-suited for families, such as a supermarket, a pool and terrace area, a tropical garden and an entertainment team to keep the younger guests occupied. Although well-suited for families, valued throughout, you are never far from a good range of bars and restaurants, as well as nightlife.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

15 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
