Nestled between the Brie and Champagne areas, valued throughout, in the medieval city of Provins, the the hotel hostelry welcomes you to an authentic setting. The Vieux Remparts boasts a beautiful terrace and a gastronomic restaurant in which to enjoy a savoury meal composed of Ray Filet Stuffed with Mushrooms, highly regarded, Tender Roast of Veal with Honey, Lemon Pie with Chocolate Meringue, just to name a few. Some of them have been recently renovated and some offer views the magnificent roofs of the old town. Amongst these, very much appreciated, there are the "Tour César", which is a dungeon,, 2 kilometres of ramparts, 10 kilometres of underground tunnels, the Saint-Quiriace collegiate church and the "Grange aux Dîmes" old market. The medieval city of Provins counts 58 monuments classified or registered in the Official Inventory of French National Heritage.
