Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate.  All inclusive costs EUR 18.75 per child under 12 years.  All inclusive costs EUR 25.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One further older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
