Rooms

For stays of 1 week: Beds will be made upon arrival. Sheets and towels will be provided. Cleaning will be carried out once during your stay (except the kitchen). For stays of less than 7 nights: Beds will be made upon arrival. Sheets and towels will be provided. Cleaning costs are not included in the price of the accommodation. Bathroom linen can be replaced upon demand.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
