The 96-seat Ambassador Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a warm and welcoming ambience where warm, neutral and stylish tones fill the decor. Meals are served in either a buffet style or set menu, and embrace the freshest ingredients available. The Embassy Cocktail Bar serves light meals to order and has an extensive array of spirits, liquors and cocktails, and is the ideal venue for pre- and post-dinner drinks.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 20.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs ZAR 45.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
