The particularly elite Club floors are accessible only by an elevator security key, comprising of 27 King Rooms, 9 Twin Rooms, 6 Diplomatic Suites and one Royal Suite. Club guests will enjoy VIP express check-in services, access to the exclusive Club Lounge, complimentary breakfasts, high tea, a cocktail hour, in-room canapés and fruit baskets, as well as wireless internet access, a private boardroom, meeting amenities and butler services. Magnolia is our exceptional all-day restaurant, offering sumptuous South African breakfasts, lunches and dinners with an international flair. We have taken the traditional buffet concept to new heights by incorporating individually presented meals. It is open from 06:30 until 22:30. Located in the lobby, Tiffens bar and lounge serves a fantastic selection of light meals, freshly prepared cakes, international cocktails and a variety of specialised coffees and teas. It is open from 07:00 to 23:00. The 643 Grill features a romantic, exquisite and world-class atmosphere, presenting the best of local South African flavours fused with inspired international influences. Here old world charm meets new world cuisine in the form of a la carte dishes. It is open between 06:30 and 22:30.

Please note that the hotel offers 45 minutes of free internet per day per room.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 60.00 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site and costs ZAR 80.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs ZAR 220.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs ZAR 110.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
