The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  American breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person.  Dinner costs EUR 32.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 3 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
