Hotel details

4 floors with executive and superior rooms were reconstructed on November 2007. A brand new Executive Club Lounge opened in March 2008. The hotel also offers 2 rooms for disabled people and wheelchairs.

Food & Beverages

The Harvest and the Racianska Vinarna restaurants offer you international and local cuisine with monthly specialities. You can also enjoy a Mediterranean meal and at the same time, typical Czech dishes in the Volcano Garden & Grill restaurant. The cocktail bar and the coffee shop in our high-ceilinged lobby area offer you a unique atmosphere with live piano music in the evenings.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 14.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 19.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
