The reception is open 24/7 and offers the following services: exchange office, tickets for cultural events and city tours. Additionally, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and souvenirs can be bought at the hotel.

A rich buffet breakfast awaits you in the morning. / served from 07:00 - 10:00 Part of the hotel is also an Italian restaurant with extraordinary interior and excellent cuisine - Pizza Restaurant Trappola. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned and offers a wide selection of different kinds of pizza, pasta, salads, as well as barbecued meat and fish and also home made bread. The wine list includes a selection of the finest wines from around the world.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
