The 3-star Brewery Hotel – U Medvidku (At the little bears) is located right in the centre of Prague, in the heart of the „Old Town“ with all the cultural and historical monuments of Prague and the Czech history at the doorstep. Visit one of the nearby theaters - the National Theatre, the Laterna Magica or the Black Theatre . On request we can arrange airport transfer to and from Ruzyne Airport at an additional cost.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 10:30. Mini brewery Get to know the original beer production of our home-made beer. Our brewery is showing and preserving the tradition of brewing beer in Bohemia. You can see the original and inactive technological parts of the brewery such as cooling, open fermentation vats, wooden barrels and manual bottling to bottles with patent closure. Restaurant "U medvídkù". The history of the restaurant dates back to 1466. Several generations of Czechs and also a lot of foreigners are visiting this restaurant for its very good Czech cuisine and for the famous Czech beer Budweiser. Open daily from 11:30 to 23:00. Budvar Bar Enjoy the original interior and select from more than 10 sorts of Czech beer and of course from traditional dishes of the Czech cuisine. The bar is open from 16.00 until 3.00. Beergarden (open, weather permitting, from 11:30 to 22:30) Specialities of the national cuisine are served under a canvas folding roof. The garden can be heated with portable gas heaters.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
