Bookings made through this website include free public transportation and a free upgrade to a Family Suite when travelling with children. Those travelling with up to 2 children up to 12 years old, enjoy a free upgrade to spacious family suites at the rate of a superior double room. Single travellers are upgraded to a superior double room at no extra charge. Each week, live arias from Mozart’s Don Giovanni opera are performed in the hotel bar Amadeus.

Food & Beverages

Start your day with a delicious Expect More breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant Allegretto: an American breakfast buffet with à-la-carte dishes. The hotel restaurant also offers Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy a free cold starter! Amadeus, the hotel bar, offers home-made Austrian and Czech pastries and freshly brewed coffee specialities, Czech draft beers and the infamous local plum brandy Slivovic. Every week Mozart’s most popular arias are performed live in the hotel lobby.

Room rates confirmed in EUR are charged and payable in CZK according to the hotel's exchange rate. Payment in EUR cannot be accepted, but the hotel has a license to exchange EUR to CZK for which a commission is charged.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 22.10 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 22.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.71 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two further children from 0 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Extra beds are not available.  Up to two further children from 12 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
