Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  PLN 4.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs PLN 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
