Hotel details

This bed & breakfast is located in the Weinbergstaße, a street which has been considered one of the most exclusive addresses in Potsdam since the turn of the century. The building was built in 1860 and was lovingly and stylishly renovated in 1999, maintaining the unique flair of the historical site.

Food & Beverages

Every morning we serve an extensive fresh and healthy breakfast in our small bistro. During the main season (April to the end of October) we offer homemade meals and cakes, as well as a selection of wines and various other drinks.

From 01 January 2009 the room rate includes a public transport ticket for Berlin and Potsdam for the duration of your stay.

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Area information

In Potsdam you will find a unique combination of old and new, of tradition and modernity. The town provides vibrant areas in a setting of old-fashioned buildings, palaces, parks, historical landscape gardens, galleries and art projects as well as a lively theatre scene. The region of Havelland is located right next to the town of Potsdam. Here you will find large lakes, as well as countless rivers, tributaries and islands. The area of Spreewald is quite unique in Europe. Here you will find a cultivated irrigation system consisting of a network of 970 kilometres of rivers. This is a very popular travel destination, and can be found very nearby. In contrast, the pulsating metropolis of Berlin is also easily accessible.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 6 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
