The Admiralty Quarter will ask for a GBP 300 damage deposit at check-in. This is refundable on departure after satisfactory inspection of your apartment. Unruly behaviour or excessive noise will not be tolerated. Non-corporate bookings are not accepted for guests under 21 years old. Keys are to be collected from the car park office, accessed via the passageway behind Admiralty Tower. Keys can be collected between 14:00 and 19:00. Any collections after 19:00 must be prearranged. Should you wish to gain entrance into the secure car park, you must provide your car registration number before arrival. Internet USB devices must be reserved before arrival.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed). 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children older than 13 years are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
