By train: Pritschitz train station is only about 300 metres away. Pick-up from Pörtschach train station on request. By plane: Klagenfurt Airport is about 15 km away.

In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach our private beach with its own pier, where sun worshippers, and anyone who loves to splash around in the water, can indulge themselves in uninterrupted holiday relaxation and fun. Follow the many enchanting walking trails nearby and discover for yourself our glorious countryside, as you replenish those depleted energy reserves and rejuvenate your joie-de-vivre. Among the sports opportunities offered in the surrounding area are cycling, mountain biking, tennis (1 km), golf (several courses are between 10 minutes and 1 hour away), rafting and climbing (45 minutes to 1 hour away). Venice, Trieste, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Salzburg and Graz can be reached in less than 2 hours.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 4 to 9 years are charged EUR 26.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  All children from 10 to 15 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
